Who
About
I'm Sam. I design B2B products: the kind with enterprise clients, compliance edges, and logic that has to hold up under real use, not just look good in a prototype.

Two products.
Two very different audiences.
Right now I work at Jupiter Meta Labs, across two products: an AI-powered research builder used by internal and enterprise teams, and a consumer survey app used by people who've never touched a research tool in their life.
Designing for both means balancing power for experienced teams with clarity for first-time users.
A background in making things make sense.

What I do
I design for the moment a system has to make a decision: show this, skip that, redirect here.
Not screens. Behavior.
Recent problems solved.
Each with the number it moved, and where there's one, the case study behind it.
